donbet Terms & Conditions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context otherwise requires:

• "donbet", "we", "us", or "our" refers to the donbet platform operated under an international gaming licence and accessible at donbet.bio.
• "Platform" means the donbet website, mobile-optimised site, and any associated applications through which betting, casino, and gaming services are made available.
• "User", "you", or "your" refers to any individual who accesses, registers on, or uses the donbet Platform in any capacity.
• "Account" means the registered donbet account created by a User following successful completion of the registration and verification process.
• "Funds" means any Pakistani Rupees (PKR) deposited into or credited to a User's donbet wallet balance.
• "Bonus" means any promotional credit, free bet, cashback, or incentive offered by donbet to eligible Users subject to applicable promotional terms.
• "KYC" (Know Your Customer) refers to donbet's identity and payment verification process, which may include submission of a CNIC, proof of address, or proof of payment method.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the minimum total betting turnover that must be achieved before bonus funds or winnings derived from bonus funds may be withdrawn.
• "Prohibited Activities" means the conduct described in Section 9 of these Terms & Conditions.

By accessing the donbet Platform, completing the registration process, making a deposit, or placing a bet or casino wager, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions in their entirety.

If you are accessing donbet on behalf of another person, you confirm that you have the authority to bind that person to these terms and that they too meet all eligibility requirements set out herein.

These Terms & Conditions apply to all Users of donbet regardless of their location within Pakistan, including players accessing the Platform from Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad, Faisalabad, Rawalpindi, Multan, Peshawar, and all other cities and regions.

donbet reserves the right to deny access to any User who does not meet the eligibility criteria, who is found to have provided false or misleading information during registration, or who is located in a jurisdiction where use of the Platform is restricted.

To use donbet's betting, casino, and gaming services, you must register for an account. The following conditions apply to the registration and maintenance of a donbet account:

• You may hold only one (1) donbet account at any time. Creating multiple accounts — whether using different email addresses, mobile numbers, payment methods, or personal details — is strictly prohibited.
• All information provided during registration must be accurate, complete, and current. You are responsible for keeping your account details up to date.
• You must provide a valid Pakistani mobile number and email address. donbet may use these to communicate account notifications, verification codes, and responsible gaming communications.
• You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your donbet login credentials, including your password. Do not share your password with any third party.
• If you suspect that your donbet account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify donbet immediately at [email protected].
• donbet reserves the right to refuse registration to any applicant at its sole discretion, without being required to provide a reason.

Account verification via KYC is required before withdrawals can be processed. donbet may request KYC documents at any point — including at registration, upon first withdrawal request, or as part of an ongoing compliance review.

donbet operates a strict 21 years of age minimum policy. You must be at least 21 years old to register, deposit, wager, or use any feature of the donbet Platform.

By completing registration, you confirm that you are 21 years of age or older. donbet will conduct age verification checks as part of the KYC process. Where age cannot be confirmed, donbet reserves the right to suspend the account and withhold access to funds pending verification.

If any User is found to be under 21 years of age:

• Their donbet account will be closed immediately.
• All winnings and bonus funds will be voided and forfeited.
• Any deposit funds remaining after the closure of the account will be returned to the original payment source where reasonably practicable.
• donbet will report the matter to relevant authorities where required under its international gaming licence obligations.

Parents and guardians in Pakistan are encouraged to use device-level parental controls to prevent underage access to gambling platforms including donbet. If you believe a minor has accessed donbet, please contact [email protected] immediately.

donbet supports a range of PKR payment methods designed for players across Pakistan. The following terms apply to all financial transactions on the Platform:

Deposits

• Accepted deposit methods include JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, SadaPay, USDT TRC20, and Cash Deposit.
• Deposits must be made from payment accounts registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted.
• donbet does not charge fees on standard deposits. However, your bank or mobile wallet provider may apply their own transaction charges.
• Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply per transaction and per day, as displayed in the donbet account cashier section.
• donbet reserves the right to request verification of any deposit before crediting funds to your account balance.

Withdrawals

• Withdrawals are processed in PKR to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit, wherever operationally possible.
• Completed KYC verification is required before any withdrawal will be processed. Unverified accounts cannot withdraw funds.
• Withdrawals of bonus-derived funds are subject to applicable wagering requirements having been fully met.
• donbet aims to process withdrawal requests promptly. Processing times vary by payment method but donbet targets same-day processing for verified accounts using JazzCash, EasyPaisa, and major Pakistani bank transfers.
• donbet reserves the right to delay or decline any withdrawal pending completion of security or compliance checks, including enhanced due diligence for large transaction amounts.
• Minimum withdrawal amounts apply and are displayed in the account cashier. No withdrawal fee is charged by donbet on standard transactions.

donbet offers bonuses, free bets, reload promotions, and other incentive programmes to eligible Users. The following general terms apply to all donbet promotions unless individual offer terms state otherwise:

• Bonuses are available to verified, eligible donbet accounts only. donbet reserves the right to determine eligibility at its sole discretion.
• Each promotional offer may be claimed once per User, per household, per device, and per IP address, unless the offer explicitly states otherwise.
• All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements. The applicable turnover multiple, eligible markets, minimum odds, and time limits are stated in the individual offer's terms.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until the stated wagering requirement has been fully satisfied. Any withdrawal request made before requirements are met will result in the bonus and associated bonus winnings being forfeited.
• donbet reserves the right to void bonus funds and any winnings derived from them if there is evidence of bonus abuse, exploitation, or any Prohibited Activity as defined in Section 9.
• Bonuses have expiry dates. Unused bonus funds that expire will be removed from your account balance automatically.
• donbet reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice, subject to obligations already accrued by eligible Users.

Specific promotions related to PSL cricket betting, slot tournaments, and live casino offers may carry additional conditions. Always review the individual promotion page before opting in.

The following rules govern all sports betting and in-play wagering activity on the donbet platform:

• All bets are accepted subject to donbet's right to limit, refuse, or void any wager at its sole discretion, including where a pricing error has occurred or where unusual betting patterns are detected.
• Once a bet is confirmed and a bet reference number issued, the bet is binding. Bets cannot be cancelled or amended by the User after placement except where a Cash Out option is offered and exercised prior to event settlement.
• donbet settles bets based on the official result as declared by the relevant governing body — including the PCB for cricket matches, the PSL for domestic T20 results, and recognised international sports federations for all other events.
• In the event of a match abandonment, postponement, or cancellation, donbet's specific sport rules will govern settlement. Generally, bets on abandoned cricket matches are voided unless sufficient overs have been bowled to constitute a valid result under DLS or equivalent method.
• Maximum payout limits per bet and per event apply. Current limits are displayed in the donbet sportsbook.
• donbet reserves the right to correct any settlement error and re-settle affected bets, including recovering funds that were incorrectly credited.
• In-play betting markets are offered where available. donbet may suspend in-play markets at any time during an event without notice.

Sport-specific rules for cricket, American football, slots, and other markets are available in the Help section of the donbet platform following your donbet login.

donbet's casino lobby includes slots, live dealer tables, crash games, virtual sports, and instant win products. The following terms apply to casino play:

• All casino games on donbet are provided by certified third-party game suppliers and are subject to independent RNG (Random Number Generator) testing and certification. Return-to-player (RTP) percentages for each title are published in the individual game information panel.
• donbet casino games are for entertainment purposes. Past outcomes have no bearing on future results. No betting system or strategy guarantees a positive outcome.
• Certain games may be excluded from bonus wagering contributions or may contribute at a reduced rate. The applicable contribution percentages are stated in the individual bonus terms.
• donbet reserves the right to add, remove, or modify casino game availability at any time, including suspending specific titles for maintenance or regulatory compliance reasons.
• Live dealer tables are streamed in real time. If a disconnection occurs during a live game session, donbet's disconnection policy will apply — generally resulting in the hand or round being resolved according to predetermined rules. The following activities are strictly prohibited on donbet and constitute grounds for immediate account suspension, fund forfeiture, and reporting to relevant authorities:

• Fraud and Misrepresentation: Providing false personal information, using stolen payment credentials, or impersonating another individual during donbet login or KYC submission.
• Bonus Abuse: Opening multiple accounts to claim the same promotion more than once, placing offsetting bets designed to meet wagering requirements without genuine play, or exploiting technical errors in promotion crediting.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other players to manipulate outcomes in poker, live casino, or any competitive game format offered on donbet.
• Automated Betting: Using bots, scripts, AI-assisted betting tools, or any automated software to place bets or interact with the donbet platform without human instruction for each individual wager.
• Match Fixing and Insider Betting: Placing bets using non-public information or in connection with any attempt to fix the outcome of a sporting event, including PSL or PCB international cricket matches.
• Money Laundering: Using donbet deposits, play, and withdrawals as a mechanism to conceal the origin of funds derived from unlawful activity. donbet is obligated to report suspicious transaction patterns under its international gaming licence requirements.
• Chargebacks: Initiating fraudulent payment chargebacks or disputes against legitimate donbet transactions. Users who initiate unjustified chargebacks will have their accounts suspended and will be liable for the chargeback amount plus any associated processing costs.

donbet is committed to providing a safe gambling environment. We recognise that a small proportion of players may experience difficulties controlling their gambling activity, and we take our obligations in this area seriously.

• All donbet Users must be 21 years of age or older. This requirement is non-negotiable and strictly enforced.
• Deposit limits, loss limits, session time reminders, cooling-off periods, and self-exclusion tools are available to all registered Users at no charge via account settings following donbet login.
• Self-exclusion requests are processed immediately upon receipt. Once self-excluded, donbet will suspend your account and cease all promotional communications for the duration of your chosen exclusion period.

All content on the donbet Platform — including but not limited to the donbet brand name, logo, website design, software, game interfaces, text, graphics, and data compilations — is the intellectual property of donbet or its licensed third-party content providers.

• You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, republish, download, scrape, display, post, or transmit any donbet content in any form without prior written consent from donbet.
• You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the donbet Platform for personal, non-commercial betting and gaming purposes only.
• Any unauthorised use of donbet intellectual property may result in account termination and may expose you to legal liability.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, donbet excludes all warranties, express or implied, in connection with the Platform and its use.

• donbet does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. You access the Platform at your own risk.
• donbet shall not be liable for any loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or any indirect, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform, regardless of the cause.
• donbet's total aggregate liability to any User shall not exceed the net deposits made by that User in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
• Nothing in these Terms & Conditions limits donbet's liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.

Gambling is inherently risky. donbet provides the Platform as a service but is not responsible for the outcomes of bets or casino play. Always gamble responsibly and within your means.

donbet collects and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms & Conditions. By registering on donbet, you consent to the collection, storage, and use of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

donbet will not sell your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes. Data shared with payment processors (JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, SadaPay) is limited to what is necessary to complete your transaction.

donbet may be required to disclose User data to its licensing authority, regulatory bodies, or law enforcement agencies in fulfilment of its legal and compliance obligations under its international gaming licence.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction under which donbet holds its international gaming licence.

In the event of a dispute between you and donbet, you should first contact donbet's customer support team at [email protected] with a clear description of your complaint. donbet will acknowledge your complaint within 5 business days and aims to resolve all disputes within 28 days.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through internal channels, the matter may be referred to the dispute resolution body specified under donbet's international gaming licence. Details of this process are available upon request from donbet's compliance team.

You agree that any claim or dispute arising under these Terms & Conditions must be brought within one (1) year of the event giving rise to the claim. Claims brought after this period are time-barred.

donbet reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, donbet will notify registered Users via email or an in-platform notification at least 7 days before the changes take effect, where reasonably practicable.

It is your responsibility to review these Terms & Conditions periodically. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page reflects the date of the most recent revision.

Your continued use of the donbet Platform after any amendment takes effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with an amendment, you should cease using donbet and contact [email protected] to discuss your account closure.
